Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I used Indiegogo campaign to pay for a product that this website is selling and they claim not to be affiliated with the Indiegogo campaign that is selling the same exact product under the same name and brand using the same images, videos, wording everything. This smells of a scam 100% either one of the companies are scammers or its the same company scamming all the indiegogo backers who have not received their items since Indiegogo holds no accountability, reading all the comments on the campaign points to this website and its very suspicious. I feel someone needs to do some digging to see who is the liar and scamming or if its the same company putting up a front to sell their product. Attached is a screenshot of the company claiming not to be affiliated with the Indiegogo using their exact product and name and they are not seeming concerned at all which is very odd. Like they are well educated on the fact another company is using their same name and product and showing no concern...very odd.

This company has never delivered on the tens of thousands of orders made, as shown in the comment section of this IndieGogo site: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/princube-the-world-s-smallest-mobile-color-pr...⇄ />
They also never reply to these users (including me) about any potential updates, so in my opinion, this has moved from "Covid-challenges" or "struggling start-up" directly into "scamming by promising goods without giving any perceivable sign that they intend to deliver".
