Person posed as a webpage designer. After payment, I discovered inconsistencies in the provider's online presence, received work that did not meet expectations, and was immediately pressured to purchase additional services. As a result, I lost confidence in the provider's ability to deliver the contracted project and asked for a refund. I was denied. The person offered services that were not delivered. Immediately tried to upsell me more content. And criticized my existing business content. The person also became defensive and argumentative after I disclosed that I found multiple profiles.
