I paid for hotspotparking at 140 West Hastings but it diverted me to primedefender.com and asked me for my companies credit card information ****** ********* and my email address ********************* and when i wanted to cancel it asked for an invoice number which i didn’t have. It doesn’t have a contact information to get a hold of them.

Transactions debited from my credit card. Listed as Primedefender.com. I have no knowledge or recollection of this company. I looked them up and they are listed as cybersecurity, but I do not know of them or of any service I have received from them.

I was trying to use a parking app and the prime defender website popped up and I didn’t realize I was entering my debit info into a different website. I thought it was part of the pay to park.

Was trying to download a parking app called ppprk.com and this prime defender thing popped up. You try to get out of it and you think you're signing into the parking app, but it's taking your info and subscribing you to a monthly fee and you didn't pay for parking.

I was trying to pay to park my car in a pay lot. I opened the ParkMobile app (which is legitimate). While entering my info, I must have clicked on something or had been redirected unbeknownst to me. I entered my payment details, and only when completed did I notice I was no longer in the ParkMobile app and had somehow been switched to primedefender.com, on my way to paying for a 29.45 per month subscription for something they didn't define. I quickly backed out without confirming, but they already had my debit card information and they immediately posted a debit request in the amount of 29.45 to my account. The payment is still pending, but my bank said to call them if the payment actually posts. I canceled the debit card and was issued a new card by my bank.
