I ordered a lumbar support set for the car. I paid twice what the exact item sells for elsewhere, but I was in a rush to get something to help my wife’s back on long commutes. The product was cheap so initiated return but the company will not respond.

I live in New Jersey. I had a heated vest from their company that stopped working. I ordered another 1 in size L.
I did receive it, but it was a Chinese size L, which is a Small in American sizing! I have written to them 4x, with no response. I wish I had researched them before this.

I ordered an outdoor projection screen back in March of 2020, off of an add I saw on Facebook. Still have not received the screen and it is now January of 2021. I have called and emailed at least 6 times with absolutely no response. The company is a fraud and needs to be taken down. I am only out $52.00, but its the principle.

On 12/24/20, I bought a 8 pcs Xituo 67 layers damascus knife set on sale for $133.38. Scammer sent me a cheap imitation Kizaru damascus pattern set which is less than 50% value of what I paid. These cheap knock offs can be found on Aliexpress or Wish for $50 or less. All emails sent ignored and the phone # doesn't work!

This is all smoke and mirrors. They sell junk from Ali express. They have made it look very professional. Took six months to get a movie screen. My wife ordered a projector and was charged about $100 more than what it would have cost elsewhere. She didn't research, so that's on her. Do not buy from them. Also paid extra for tracking and it never updated.

I ordered a set of knives. The quality was horrible and they weren’t what I expected. According to their website, these items are eligible for full refund within 30 days. I reached out FOUR times so far, with receipt and no response on any attempts. Their phone number is some weird google voice. This company is a SCAM! Don’t use!

Ordered a movie screen from primestash in May and everytime I call them they say it's in warehouse in canada. And them no word from them. I've called them 5 times now and it's the same story. I have order # and tracking and it keeps saying its waiting in ups warehouse but they will not call to track my package. Help me.
