Received a call from the company, Prime Recovery LLC, claiming to be a debt collector. Company called 3 times, two of which by the third attempt they left a voicemail stating that I need to call their toll free number 855-545-8248. The first two calls were detected as spam by my spam phone app I use on my iPhone.

I found online where many other people have received this same call and called the number and never got through to anyone, but received additional threatening voicemails.

Don't fall for this fake company claiming to be a debt collector.

Received text message for debt for my sister. Sister did not give out my number for anything so I went to their website and asked about case I received text message on. Gave them file number I was sent and they gave me name, amount of debt, and to whom debt was owed. I didn’t give any personal info to verify who I was. I called them out, saying it was illegal and they became very unprofessional. I was then told I was marked as a scam even though they had no personal info on me. Once I told them I would be reporting to the better business bureau and the police if I received any more harassing calls and/or text messages they ended the chat on me.
