I placed an order for a coffee mug on 10/07/2023, a week went by and the item never shipped. I emailed the seller with the email provided on 10/13/2023 and they never responded. I called the seller on 10/16/2023 and they did not answer and have still not provided an update on when the coffee mug will ship. They also charged my card as a recurring payment even though this was only supposed to be a one time payment in the amount of $27.94 for a coffee mug. I have had to contact the card issuer to dispute the payment and get a replacement card since the seller set this up as recurring and it was only supposed to be a 1 time payment.
