I reached out to PrettyCare to inquire about a warranty issue for a stick vacuum and they told me to purchase a specific vacuum ( not a PrettyCare brand ) from amazon and then after I sent them proof of purchase they would then refund me through PayPal. I told them I am not comfortable doing that and that I wanted them to send the replacement vacuum directly to me and they have not responded to any further contact from me. I just did not feel like this was legitimate business practice. Thank you for your time.
