This company advertises themselves as a company who repairs credit. They also offer payment plans. This company is run by a one man show. I was tricked and scammed and joined this company in hopes of repairing my credit. They promised me that within 90 days of being with them by credit will go up. However I stayed with them for a duration of 6 months and I saw no results. I kept asking them why is my score not going up, they told me I needed to be patient and that it takes time because of the pandemic. But everyday I would see them posting so called "results". I did some research of my own and I realized that they are fraudulent. They supposedly have 22 years of experience but they just created their LLC and their website in 2020. I even contacted someone who was with them and their score didn't go up. I finally decided to contact the 3 credit bureaus and they have confirmed to be that they have not received any disputes from myself or from any one else with my signature from the time I was with this company 10/2020 to 03/2021. When I told them this and disputes the transactions with my bank they told me that what I did was fraud and they're getting their "attorney" involved. I told them that was fine because I have proof that they did not do anything that they were supposed this is not a matter of service, this is a matter of being scammed. I paid for something with the intent of receiving a service and for 6 months I was paying and received for no service received no results. This is not okay, I am fully aware of the laws and regulations when it comes to credit, businesses, and fraud. I was not expecting results over night but not seeing anything for 6 months and then calling the credit bureaus to find out they were doing nothing is fraudulent and a scam! When I told them this they backed off and said they would close my account with a zero balance, before this they were trying to get me to pay for March to close out my account.
