Haven’t received order I paid for. I placed it on the 17th of May. I called them and received not response only got machine. They took my money already. I want refund back to my bank account or my order!

These jerks took my money and never sent the product or responded to my many emails. Total scam. Reporting them to the better business bureau.
I’m so sick of slick scammers.

I order a 5 piece picture from these people month ago. The tracking # the sent me shows that my package has been sitting Las Vegas. I don’t even want the picture anymore. But I’m pretty sure it’ll be impossible to get a refund being that I only receive an automated response. No one has tried to contact me at all. The sad part is I think I’ll NEVER order online again… & soon as I find out how I’m going to spam their site & let EVERYONE know not to trust these people

Ordered three zippie hoodies in the beginning of February 2022 I have emailed several times, they do not respond to the email, have not received my merchandise or a refund.

I have sent you at least 8 emails since I placed my order from Ziggy Dog Collar. I ordered 2 dogs beds and one was for my very old and very sick dog, Yadi, who was 15 1/2 years old. I’m sure you’re probably saying you don’t care but I want YOU to know everything about him and every feeling I have.

He couldn’t hardly walk and had a severe blood disorder. He was also completely blind. I ordered his bed in November so that he would have a new, comfortable and very nice bed because I knew he probably didn’t have a whole lot of time left. Well, guess what? He died on December 27, 2021, with NO NEW BED! The other bed is for my dog, Tilley, who is 3 years old and weighs 85 lbs. I needed her out of MY bed since she’s getting so big and wanted her to also have a really nice and large bed but guess what? SHE’S STILL IN MY FRICKIN’ BED! If I can’t get the two beds sent to me, can I at least get my money back? I’m really not asking for much. I’ve given everyone my phone number 501-499-3848 so that maybe an actual human would contact me but it hasn’t happened yet and we’re going on 4 months! Like I said, I know y’all don’t care about me, my dogs, or the fact I lost the only dog I ever had that lived as long as Yadi did. But please, PLEASE, send me an email: [email protected], and not one that is generated but one that someone actually took time to type. Below is all the information you’ll need to make any decisions if any are made. Thank you for your time in this matter, especially if you actually read my emails.

I ordered the battery operated saw for $84.94. Never got the merchandise and have not received a refund and have asked several times. I have sent several emails requesting an update, but get the same generic answer. Sick of scammers.

I ordered a hair product in February 2021. Despite a whole of of emails enquiring when I can expect delivery, my item has still not been delivered.

When I send an email, I get the same response every time -

I ordered shoes from this company on 1 24 22. they took money from my card. and I never got my boots. today date 2 7 22. I never get a answer of why. sent many emails to premier and got only will get back. tried to call the shoe store at 7602096631 not in service. did get a few from premier trust. nothing...so do not do business with Company Moc. cinsin store.

I bought a original wall art of the joker for my sons sad for Christmas and I even bought the expedited shipping and insurance on the 11th of December and it is the 10th of January and nothing . So I think I got scammed . I’ve tried emailing over and over and the email address is for premier trust store and I get an automated message and then nothing . It had a usps tracking number but when I talked to them they said it was in a “partner “ company and wasn’t even in their custody currently it’s been stuck in Jamaica New York since the 18th of December .

I ordered the canvas wall art of JoJo Bizarre Adventures from original wall Rts in NJ amount ago and still nothing. I have emailed Premier Trust Tore but nothing and sent emails to Original Wall Rt but nothing. My account has been charged the day after I ordered so now I need to try and get my money back. I agree that Facebook shouldn't let them advertise. It's misleading.

I ordered 3D lamps spent 98.00 l haven’t seen anything tracking number not found. This is ridiculous l have disconnected phone numbers and emails stating someone will contact me in 2 business days it’s been over a week and nothing.

Ordered 2 hoodies from this company back in early December . Just got an email today from Premier Trust regarding the order. Still haven't received my order. After reading comments on Facebook, who Zipy Hoodie advertises through, it seems this company is a scam. I partially blame Facebook for continuing to allow these companies to advertise on their site.

I ordered merchandise from American Winter Deals on 04-29-2021. I still have not received my items. After several attempts of notifying them by e-mail, all I get is a reply that covid has delayed the shipments. I now have reported them to the BBB and will next go to my bank and see what I can do to get my cash reimbursed.

They are the worst. I ordered a pair of cloud slides and when they were received one of them was deformed to the point I could not put it on my foot. Repeated emails to the company just got me the same canned response from the mysterious Samantha. They are the worst.

Ordered and paid for mini chainsaw in March. Received a saw chain sometime in May, but have never received saw. Have followed up 3 times, only to get a boilerplate returned email from “Samantha,” which never addressed the issue! The Tracking number from UPS indicates delivered May 11, 2021, but this was the blade, not the saw! This saw came up on Pinterest, Trendy Ad. There should be someone held responsible for this scam!

Same thing happened to me... Now you try to visit their site and the is no web site for them.

Placed an order with Stylish New deal in mod December 2020. Order number is 72667. Nothing delivered to date. Contacting Stylish New Deal and the automated responses come from Premier Trust Store. They are related. Receiving "special offers" from Stylish new deal almost daily. The e-mail responses state COVID as reason for delays in processing and shipping but not promotions and the barrage of e-mail offers. Scammers and thieves not to be trusted.

I ordered a Rechargeable Mini Wood Cutting Lithium Chainsaw back in March 2021 and well over a month later I received a chainsaw blade with only one order #.
I was communicating with [email protected] - Samantha, who sent the same generic email responses each time I communicated with them.
I have yet to receive the full shipment, no further email responses since I requested a full refund in July 2021.

My name is Joshua crawford. It’s been 4 almost 5 months since I ordered something and it’s still showing it’s sitting in New York. I order this wireless car play back in March 19 of 2021. It is not July 11 of 2021. I’ve tried to get ahold of someone and get bogus replies back from a automated system. I’ve lost 78.24 because of this.

Every time you write to them you get exactly the same reply. They are thugs and have cheated all of us of our money by pretending to sell products. I had ordered bunnion correctors from Pretty Little Deal Store and never received a tracing number. My complaints are always answered by the mail you quote above. Credit card companies should black list them- Please write to yours.
