I made a purchase of 5 bathing suits from Premcurve. All the items that came in were poor quality and did not fit given the measurements listed on the website. When I requested a refund they told me I had to pay international shipping which would be over $40 and instead offered me to keep the items and they would give me 25% back. I declined and after waiting several days they counter offered to give me 50% back. I again declined and they offered me 80%. At this time the back and forth communication had gone on over 3 weeks and I finally agreed to 80% to be done with it and then they never responded to my email. I sent 6 separate emails inquiring about my refund and I never received a response nor my money.

Company sent product ordered, but would not complete return. The website instructs: 'We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Please note that the shipping address on the package is not the return address. After you confirm with our customer service team, they will provide you with a return address and instructions.' I reached out to the company to return and they offered 20% refund. I refused and asked for full exchange instead and they stopped replying to emails.
