I was contacted on indeed for a remote position from PR Pulse Pro (their website is prpulsepro.com) and a contract was involved where it was through Google Docs that sent up a red flag but I said let’s see where they are going with this. So the position was as a assistant but from what I gather is a scam to basically get you to deposit a fraudulent check and send the uncleared money back to the scammer which the check will bounce your money that you sent won’t be refunded.

Fake job offer from indeed by a woman named Linda Coleman from PR Pulse Pro ([email protected]). Used Google Docs forms and when she called my phone, she could barely speak English. She wants me to basically cash a fraudulent check in my bank and keep 10% for myself and send the rest back to her. That 10% she wants me to keep is their idea on how to make me a conspirator with her scam because if I accept payment then that makes me an accomplice. No thank you.
