Letter in the mail from Potemkin LTD, agent for New York Depositary offered to sell my 15 shares of Prudential Financial Inc and offered immediate cash for the amount of $910.15.

I filled out the form they sent ceding my shares on June 28. Prudential sent me a notice of stock transfer to New York Depositary on July 2. After two weeks, began calling and texting NY Depositary, but have not been able to get through to anyone. I realize money is gone, but am posting this in the hope it will save someone else from this experience.

My parents received an offer via US mail to buy their 138 stocks of GE Healthcare for $7479.60.

We filled out the paperwork but never got the money.

Came from "Potemkin LTD" and stocks went to "NY Depositary LLC".

Mailed the forms 5/2/26 and never received $.

Also sent copies of parents driver's licenses.
