Reached out to what seemed like a legit business that sells parts on a classic cars facebook group, only takes payment on Chime Zelle cash app or apple pay but would have to request it and wouldn't ever use the same name on said apps. Takes partial payment due to confusing apps instead of using a main stream payment service and ships part throughout unkown logistic shipping company (part requires freight shipping) but puts shipment on hold enroute till final payment made and requires an aditional "Refundable Insurance" charge in order to continue delivery and that if pay apps didn't work a gift card (prepaid credit card) would. Should've followed my intuition when i thought it was fishy in the first place but i guess lesson learned.
