Person came up at the Seattle Waterfront asking for charity donations for their "Positive Impact Program," which was supposedly an after-school music program to help teens steer clear of drug use. I'm not sure the name of the app he initially tried to solicit money with, but the amounts he was initially requesting were ridiculous. This program does not seem to have any digital footprint aside from being listed on this site as a scam last year. He also wanted a tip for himself, which I thought was odd, and he seemed very disappointed that I offered to pay via Venmo instead of whatever app he had pulled up initially.
