The website is a scam I found that out the following day after I called the bank for for the information who took the money out of my bank account and it was BBM Structural Engineering. in Florida and not the website that I ordered the e-bike from Low .and behold it was BBM Structural Engineering Took the money off of my bank card at Bank of America.
