I ordered a “handmade bee bracelet” end of May, initially tracking said it was coming from Poland. I paid $9.99 for VIP shipping and $0.36 for shipping insurance. July 16, I asked for my money back since I hadn’t received it. They told me wait a few more days and provided me a second tracking number. I waited another week then asked again for a refund. They then sent me a “confirmation of delivery” from July 18 with a third tracking number involved. I did not get the package. They won’t refund my money and neither did PayPal. Rebelfrshop is the name PayPal has for this business and from there I see they are actually in China.
