I ordered a dress from MyLuluStore that i found from a link on Pinterest. The dress arrived about 2 weeks after the order was placed and it was basically a costume dress that was not the color, style, length, etc of the dress that I ordered at all. I reached out to customer service via the email address on their website to inquire about a refund or at least shipment of the correct product and they responded saying " Dear Customer,

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you! We take your feedback very seriously and understand how you feel. We apologise that the item was not what you expected. Our goal is to provide every customer with a great shopping experience, so we deeply regret this situation. We hope you can try it on first to feel it, after trying it on, you found that it fits unexpectedly and even looks better than expected! Why don't you try it on first? To express our apology, we can offer 30% partial refund as compensation, if you accept it, we will arrange the refund processing for you immediately. If you are still not satisfied, please feel free to contact us, we are willing to help you more! Thank you for your understanding and support, and we look forward to providing you with a better shopping experience! Best regards, Customer Service Team." I responded requesting a 100% refund as what I received is not even close to what I ordered to accept a 30% refund. They responded with "Dear customer,

If you agree, you can arrange the logistics yourself, and upon receiving the returned goods, we will promptly process your refund and reimburse your shipping costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

to which I responded asking for a prepaid return label and why I couldn't send it to the address listed on their website. They responded saying that they only accept returns to the China warehouse address provided and then offered a 40-50% refund to keep the package. I responded that I would nee a 100% refund and they directed me back to the return address and me arranging my own international shipping in order to get a refund. I searched the address and found these very similar complaints under a different website name. This place is 100% a scam and only make money on people not returning their extremely low quality items. I wish I had searched reviews on the company before placing the order.
