This person aka, Police and Fire Journal is contacting restaurants particularly and "selling" them some sort of paperwork and then ships it C.O.D. via UPS for several hundred dollars each. If the person tries to refuse the delivery, he contacts the shipper and insists that they make 2nd attempt. etc. I would just like restaurants to be aware of this believing that it is a scam, these papers are being sold all over the state of California. When you look up the address it is a shanti to say the least.
