Ordered in November as a Christmas gift. I have 10 emails communicating the need for my product or a refund and I still have nothing. It is now June.

Instagram ad targeted me for a really cool plant in a glass jar.
Ordered the item.
A few weeks passed and the tracking number still said the label was created and the item not received by the post office. Tracking UPS 1zk101200322529940.
Contacted the company, said something is wrong with their system but it was sent out and I should be receiving it within a few days.
Weeks went by, and continued to follow up with the same response to keep waiting.
They told me their records indicated it was "delivered". I asked if they had a different tracking number than I have because how else would they see that it was "delivered".
Told me to keep waiting.
Asked for a replacement and they ignored.
Went on Facebook and Instagram on their page and saw that all the comments were of similar stories- they never send out the product.

They’ve got ads all over Facebook and a nice presentation that looks like their terrariums are nice but once you pay for them, you’ll get an email a week later and then 3 weeks later and that’s all you’ll get for your $200. They’ll send you a tracking email that doesn’t work and then they’ll explain that it may be delayed because of the season such bull[censored].

I ordered two plantpico terrariums for Christmas. My card was charged but never received confirmation or a tracking number. When I contacted the company via email they told me it shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number. I called the contact number only to find out you can only text it. When texted they have a generic response and wouldn't answer any other questions. I'm currently disputing charges with my credit company.

Ordered two terrariums. Never Received. Tried emailing and got a few responses that were always vague. Tried calling and the number said it was only valid for SMS. So I texted and still never received

I purchased this as a gift. Was told it was being delivered and never was. My sister is out a gift and I’m out of my money. Disappointed beyond belief
