Ordered beautiful ferns to be delivered in black pot in a brown cardboard box. Full lush beautiful. Received a flat white envelope with 2 flat set of leaves. Ugly not realistic not potted not beautiful.

I saw several advertisements online for a very attractive artificial fern showing a super full plush plant. I couldn’t wait for them to come in. What I got was two cheap fern picks I could have purchased at a dollar store for A LOT less. I have pictures of the pathetic c**p Plantenly.com sent me.
