Online Retailer Scam

I googled running shoes and was taken to Pinrain sports website.
I purchased shoes on the website https://pinrain.com on April 12, 2025 for $71.94 via Paypal.
The Paypal payment listed the merchant as Qi Zhang, email [email protected]
I received an invoice [Order #321051] confirming order April 12.
On April 13, 2025 Paypal sent me a notification Qi Zhang updated the payment amount to $82.00.
I emailed Qi Zhang regarding this and received no response.
I contested this on Paypal and they have attempted to contact Qi Zhang with no response.
I emailed [email protected] regarding my order multiple times with no response.
I opened another case on Paypal for non delivery of product and they will reimburse the money after 2 weeks.
Researching this company shows this is a SCAM and they have done this to multiple customers.

Online Retailer Scam

Placed an order with this company for a pair of shoes. Once my credit card was charged, I was sent a receipt and received no contact at all after that. I tried to contact the company via their web portal as well as listed Email address only to be ignored. Product was never received.
