Ordered items never delivered and no response from company
Unable to contact Pinklizecosh about incorrect order and charges
I am unable to contact anyone by the two phone numbers listed: 412-205-8104. My order is listed as 427RUIM-14730 (confirmed May 24 from order #D26519).
First of all, the order is incorrect…I did NOT order the shipping insurance ($2.99), nor the Blind Box (whatever that is, for $442.00).
I was charged by Avantigarde on my credit card for $50.40 and $63.58! Which was very confusing to me, who is Avantigarde?
I have not yet received the product, though an email says it is on its way! I have no idea how to return it.
The order invoice says 180 days FREE RETURN on my order, which I will hold them to. I will not open the package when it arrives, and will return it at their expense, however, I can't reach anyone at the company to find out how to do this!
Please tell me how to get the return. I am very disappointed in your customer service.
