As soon as you file for a trademark without an attorney, this company sends you a letter requesting Trademark Publication Fee $1450.00. At the bottom of the letter there is a disclaimer that the $1450 is for entry into their private database. The database is empty. No letter or number entered will return any results.

this qualifies as a scam because anyone who was fooled into thinking this was a bill to actually publish their trademark on USPTO, still got nothing, because the database is empty.
