Said there was someone in the local branch that was embezzling money. Asked for her social security number to verify who she was. Wanted her to transfer money to another account because there was money short at the bank and they can look into it. They were working with the Federal bank to solve this situation. Wanted her to go to the atm and transfer money to a credit card on her phone then the money would be "safe" since it is a secure account. She suspected somethi g was off then and ended call. They did get her spcial security number bit nothing else.
