A letter arrived from Synchrony Bank congratulaing my parent for opening a TJX Rewards Platinum card. The letter said she still needed to register for online servicing to avoid a $1.99/month fee for paperless billing. Mom has not signed up for a TJX Rewards Platinum card. The bank claimeda customer service phone number of: 1-(877) 890-3150.
