We received a letter from Reck Land Company LLC with the address 219 N Main Ave PMB 98810, Scranton, PA 18504. Phone number is listed as 814-325-7774. They apparently had researched property we purchased in the summer of 2021 in Centre County. They knew the address and parcel number and acreage. They sent us a sales agreement making an offer at a ridiculously low price. Less than 7% of the purchase amount!! We called the number above, but got no answers. We called the attorney generals office and they directed us to the Dept of State Real Estate Commission. They have no record of the company. They encouraged us to contact you. I can't find them listed with the BBB. And so we are reporting this as a possible scam.
