then one day the sheriff comes to my work. I was served with papers of a lawsuit.
the debt was $1495 to keep me from having to go to court they "settled" only problem because they did NOTHING I know owe $2710 THAT ADDED $1200 I do not think I should be responsible for that. WHAT THE HECK HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR? I now longer want to use this service and don't know what to do

I was severed with papers at my home by a Sheriff on 8/21/21. After paying 2 years to this heartless Scammer over 12,000.00. Which I could have paid or even filed Bankruptcy, but no I wanted to pay my debt. I'll never trust anything! Again STAY AWAY FROM

I started by contacting them via a page that claimed that Phillips Sellers was a great way to get out of debt. I was fortunate enough to find out 2 months in but it was the worst experience. First they claim to be so interested in helping you out. Wrong ! Even if you try to cancel within the 10 days of grace they will do everything in their power for them to keep you and then rob you!
The so called employees which are non other than scammers tell you that you have to pay 45% of the legal fees before they can even “start” with your case. That can take up to 6 months and every month they are just stealing your money.
Please NEVER AND EVER WILL YOU CONTACT THEM!

Now, I still have my same debt problems that I trusted this firm to help me with and I am out over $3500! BEWARE OF THIS FIRM!! I even spoke to a gentleman on the phone that claimed to be Philip Sellers, but now I have my doubts about that. They have two addresses. The one I listed above and also: 2777 Allen Parkway Suite 1000 Houston, TX 77019. Since I stopped payments, now I can not log in to my account...says website doesnt exist. Wow. I was Scammed! THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY THAT KICKS PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE DOWN!!
