Kelvin Tyrone Miles Jr aka Kay Cyrus Miles and his life partner Marsha Antoinette Johnson aka Marcia A Miles have been stalking me and sexually harassing me
They attach explicit photos of me to their threats in their email that they acquired through illicit means of STALKING and tried to threaten me and shame me with them with the intention of trying to get me to either rescind my statements against them or take my own life. I am a young woman and never in my life have I had someone try to sextort me online just because I exposed them for being a scammer and never giving me the wig I paid for. They make these fake photoshoot ideas and then when the projected date of the photoshoot gets closer and closer they keep stalling and cancelling it. They’ll use every excuse in the book as to why they can’t have the photoshoot yet and why we just have to keep buying more of their products and the “deluxe packages”
I have never contacted scampulse dot com asking for them to remove any of the proof of their sexual harassment and scamming and I never will. If any of my social medias were taken down because of Kay it doesn’t matter to me I will continue to make sure that far and wide people know about how he scams people through fake real estate, fake credit agencies, fake beauty companies, fake talent agencies, fake travel agencies. He is a dangerous person and it scary to think that he is a father when most of his scams revolve around scamming young women.
I would rather die than rescind any of my statements against these subhuman gangstalkers and cyberstalkers. They respond to their accusers on scampulse dot com and other websites claiming they are doing it out of professionalism and respect but in private they make scathing evil statements.
If you have been threatened by these hustlers Kelvin Tyrone Miles Jr and Marsha Antoinette Johnson rest assured Phenom Beauty Legal Enforcement is not a real legal entity, no law enforcement agency would ever take their side in a court of law when there are legal documents which prove they are scammers and have left a trail of destruction since 2002. Kelvin makes outrageous statements claiming he’s worked with supermodels from all over the globe, Americas next top model, miss universe models, clearly he has some fashion knowledge but just because someone is fashion and celebrity obsessed doesn’t mean they have ever worked with these people and he has no proof he has ever worked with any reputable names. In the times he has ever has crossed paths with real photographers, models and talent agents they no longer want anything to do with him or his fake talent agency KCC casting and events, and KCC Casting.
Sometimes in my nightmares I hear Kay’s demonic voice saying “hold the line”. He is a master manipulator and an overall demonic and unpleasant person to deal with. Marsha Antoinette Miles is also a Trump supporting [censored]t and her goal in life is to be a billionaire. They are both terrible people, and I regret ever coming across their fake Craigslist ad asking for talent in the area.
If you come across a Craigslist ad in any of the major cities like NYC, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philly, saying they are looking for talent for a makeover, for a wig company and it has an artificial intelligence image of a woman wearing sunglasses do not answer. Kay/Kelvin Tyrone Miles Jr will use all the information you give him to black mail you in the future. Hopefully soon real law enforcement will put these scammers in prison for their scamming and multi level marketing schemes that don’t even give the person the product they paid for!

Sharing more proof about Kays Scam.Kay Cyrus Miles, a smooth-talking con artist from the heart of Southside Chicago, thrives in the shadows of the entertainment world, operating under the dubious guise of a talent agent with his fraudulent enterprises, KCC Casting and Phenom Beauty Global. With an infectious grin and an uncanny ability to read people, Kay lures aspiring actors and models into his web of deceit, promising fame, fortune, and lavish contracts that exist only in his crafty imagination. As he exploits the dreams of the desperate, his charming facade hides a ruthless opportunist willing to do anything to maintain his elaborate charade, leaving a trail of shattered hopes and empty pockets in his wake. Each interaction is a high-stakes game of cat and mouse, as Kay walks a tightrope of deception, ever aware that one slip could bring his entire operation crashing down.

Phenom Beauty Global is a scam, Kelvin Tyrone Miles Jr is a scammer and sexual harasser of young women, Marsha Antoinette Miles is his partner in crime as a scammer and cyberstalker and I have reported these two to my local law enforcement agency and the police is fully aware of the actions of “Phenom Beauty” and “KCC casting”. I can show full proof to scampulse.com and other actual businesses that I am guilty of no crimes, I am the victim of a crime and vicious gangstalking.

Phenom Beauty emailed me
“This is your FINAL WARNING. If you fail to comply within 24 hours, PHENOM BEAUTY will pursue swift and aggressive legal action. This matter will become public record, which will permanently impact your reputation, finances, and future opportunities.
You have 24 hours to comply.
Phenom Beauty Legal Enforcement Division“ and even falsely impersonated the law offices of Attorney Howard Goldstein in riverside California. I contacted the real law offices of Howard Goldstein and they assured me they are not representing this person, nor would they ever attach explicit photos of someone in an email to try and shame them and sextort them.
I do not accept these scammers attempts to try and resolve anything, and any emails made in my name or image will never be of any nature that I still have not received a refund of 296.99$ USD for my wig I did not receive. If I am found dead, Kelvin Tyrone Miles Jr and Marsha Antoinette Miles have harmed me. I am not suicidal.

I first encountered the advertisement on craigslist.com. They posted in several major cities asking women if they wanted to be part of a hair model project and recieve a free makeover. It was in december 2024. I did not hear anything from anyone until January 2025. Then I was told to send 3 images of myself and my city my name my address and why I wanted to be a part of a makeover. The scam became more complex from them, the man only introduces himself as "Mr Kay" and doesnt say his first or last name. I only know that his full name is Kay cyrus miles because his fake talent agency in chicago IL is also listed under "Kay Cyrus Miles. I have also been told the scammer goes by the first name "kelvin". His phone number is a baltimore city area code number and a VOIP number as well. He gets upset if you call him on his personal phone number 646-245-2445. He makes the models download whatsapp and he demands that they call him on their personal phone but only chat him on whatsapp. He sent everyone on whatsapp and their personal email a voice memo of a woman claiming to be named Marcia saying what we needed to do for the hair project. She said all we had to do was buy one wig and then we would be given free makeup and lash installations and high quality photos taken of us at the "location of the photoshoot". They pressured me to buy the wig and I bought it and then they kept not answering my phone calls or texts asking about the photoshoot. Part of their scam model is to make promises about photoshoots and locations and then use some world wide excuse for why they cannot have the shoot. The scammers live in chicago but claimed they were effected by the L.A fires which is not possible. You will not be able to find a personal photo of him on the fradulent Phenom Beauty LinkedIn, their instagram, their threads or their X account. They only use artifical intelligence generated images of models because they is not talent agency, he has not worked with any famous or prolific people and neither has Marsha Antoinette Johnson (Marcia Miles.) On their website as of March 2024 they are trying to launch a fake model travel agency with prices starting at 300 and then going up to 1000 USD. its becoming more painfully obvious that he is using this to fund him and Marcia's luxury lifestyle as well as the apartment that they live in @ Chicago where their rent is 1500 dollars. They are trying to scam from anything they can buy promising and selling fake wigs, smart watches, makeup, travel, homes, fake luxury perfumes. If you look closely at images of Marsha she is the one who primarily wears blonde wigs, smart watches, lashes, and edits+photoshops her photos to high heaven. After she failed as a religious christian evangelist influencer @marcia official on instagram and youtube she started grifting and scamming with Kay starting around 2017 (the time their cashapp and other accounts were created) to scam aspiring models, real photographers and people much more talented then they are. Kay is a manipulative scammer who studies the law only so that he can impersonate law enforcement and try to get people to be scared of him even if he lives thousands of miles away from them. Marsha is a single mother but that doesnt make me feel sorry for her. There are thousands of single mothers across america who find ways to provide for their children that don't involve scamming others or putting other women in danger. Besides scamming they are clearly money laundering and allocating their funds elsewhere. They will make whatever social media they can or use any AI they can to seem like a legitimate business but they are not. If someone warns you about this scam and you just respond by saying "oh well Mr Kay told me about opportunities" or "youre trying to stop my career" you have unfortunately fallen for a scam and for someone who watches and studies tv shows like America's Next Top Model to study how talent agents work. Mr K tries to sell people fake dreams as well as products and he is telling people who do not have huge star talent that they could go worldwide as long as they just keep cashapping him and zelleing him money. Please do not give this scammer any more money or the time of day lets let his well run dry and force him to get a real job like the people he scams.
