I purchased the eye product from an airport store in Cancun, Mexico on my way home. The representative tested the advanced collagen wrinkle plumper Oxygem on me and while at the airport I saw good results. Less than an hour later the product became dry and crusty and no longer showed the immediate results. I initially put this down to the dry air on the plane. Today, I tried the product I purchased and it did not work at all . I went to the website to initiate a return only to discover they do not accept open products or products not purchased online for return. I believe this product and the sales tactic of selling at airports, knowing full well it is unlikely a person can return it to the same location is a complete scam.
