The product description of the item that I purchased was inaccurate and misleading (I ordered a goldendoodle sunshade per the description and the product was a golden retriever sunshade). Once I received the product, I reported the incident and expressed that I was unsatisfied with my product as it was not as described and have been requesting a refund. The business states that the product description was not inaccurate and said that I could purchase the product that I thought I ordered for an additional $20. They have yet to offer a refund and shipping RMA for return for my dissatisfaction (as their website states they would if not satisfied). I have been emailing them for 11 days so far without a resolution. The original packaging appears as it is from China but has another shipping label with an Indianapolis address (Rosewood P as the sender?).
