Pet Gentle Scam
Placed an order for the pet gentle remote thinking this was the real site IT WAS NOT…. Now this is something “only dogs can hear” so it’s discusting of them to try and sell this however I have 3 dogs all different breeds and not 1 of them had a single reaction at all what so ever to this thing on any level at any point and they all have perfect hearing so it’s no I don’t need 30 days to push a button that does nothing! I returned it cost me $53.40 to buy 17.18 to return and after chasing them I got back 43.45 they refuse to refund the rest of my money and “Rhoda” I’m sure she lied at 8444709681 did nothing a professional rep should do yelling, challenging every single thing I said and talking over me, beyond Rude apparently she’s the supervisor and the “owner doesn’t take calls” of course I filled a complaint and it could of been much worse but I felt I should share to make everyone else aware because I’ve seen their phone # pop up w/ other complaints for all kinds of random items !
Google phone #’s and address’s before you buy online lesson learned!
