I spoke with Peter and I signed the paperwork for a $5,000 loan which I had to pay $150 fee up front for the loan itself then they came back and told me I had to pay another $350 fee. In order to get the loan now he's telling me that I have to wait 45 days to get my money back why is the state of California not putting him out of business or their company
