Please respond to this email with your resume if you are interested. I would love to speak with you further about this opportunity and provide you with more information about the company after the initial client process.

I have been leery of anyone reaching reaching out to me directly that I don't know from my network and I look to see if any recruiters are actually legit. They typically provide a linkedin profile as well as have a legitimate website, not one that uses stock photography and crummy messaging. I wanted to report this because I know a lot of people are desperately looking for jobs and may provide private info to this person.
