Bad product

I’d been eyeing off one of their shirts for a while but it was expensive so I resisted. Finally I caved and was so disappointed when it arrived. Completely different material, completely different colour and just looked and felt like a cheap product. I would say I overpaid by $150. It reminded me of the wish.com product memes. I tried for two weeks to contact them for an exchange via email, Instagram and their website chat and didn’t get a response on any.
They have great looking clothes but their quality assurance and customer support is terrible!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

wasn’t ever given a tracking number after being told after 6 weeks my order had been sent (twice, by two different people at two different times) none of their support lines respond so. Thankfully my order eventually arrived but it took FOREVER

Purchased 2 shirts from them in May. It is now August and have yet to receive a tracking number. Contacting customer service results in them reassuring me that my order would ship by the weekend. They've said this 4 times and it's been 3 months. If they're legit then it's the worst company I've ever dealt with and they deserve to be put out of business.
