Misspelled “MOM” on necklace!!

I ordered my mom a necklace that I chose off their site! A simple necklace with her birthstone in it that said the word “MOM”! I ordered it before her birthday and it came late already as is! When I finally received the necklace I couldn’t believe that these people sent me a necklace, that read “Mor” instead of MOM! I’ve tried to send these people numerous emails because they don’t have a phone number to call! But I still haven’t heard back from them and this has been since the beginning of February!

I asked for a confirmation email of my expected delivery date because I knew I was on a time crunch and the checkout page told me a certain date. After they replied with some bs three times, I asked to just cancel the order and refund me the money. They emailed back five days later and told me it was too late to cancel bc the item was BEING PROCESSED TO BE SHIPPED! It hadn’t even shipped three days AFTER the day it was supposed to be delivered but it was somehow too late to get my money back! It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten my money back OR the item I ordered.

I ordered my sister a ring for Christmas and also myself and my husband a ring for Christmas I get no response from them and no info on my orders .. my first order was $34.95 and my second order was $44.95 now I am out money and no Christmas gifts they will not respond to my emails either. I don't know what to do I am on disability and lost what money I had on this company..

I never receive my order. USPS office confirmed the item has been returned back to the sender, but personalized jewel kept refusing they received the item, I have all the evidence from USPS. Personalized jewel is a liar! Never order anything from them, they are eating your money!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter being a new mommy with grandson name and date in baby foot ? in charm and still haven't received it the tracking # can not be found emailing numerous of times no text back I would like my 34.95 they stoled from my debit card put back on there! I will definitely let everyone I know to never order from personalized jewel. ! They must be partners with WISH cause both so called companies are nothing but theives and Liers and never send your items you paid for ! 23765 is order # So where is my necklace ?

I ordered a necklace for my dying mother. And never ever received it. This place doesn’t even have a phone number to call. I emailed them dozens of times never an answer. Don’t ever ever buy anything from these crap people.
