A purchase through a bank, and after the property was returned over two years later the Persolve LLC firm filed suit on a purchased debt settled for five times the original ticket price a $31000 for $13000 purchase resold at $4000. The request to Dallas courts to collect the debt included a threat of incarceration if not payed and threats continued to a contract that was signed without disclosure of the collection process or any collection process.
