Purchased flower delivery to a friend on Nov 13th. It was never delivered. I sent an email to the support email at the end of November and received an automatic response from Meredith that they were looking into my order. I received a response on Dec 2 that I purchased a pre-order (which was never noted in the description of the item), that the estimated delivery date was December 6th. They confirmed that it should ship within that timeframe and it would be shipped out once it arrived back in stock. I asked for an update on Dec 11th with no response. I followed up again on December 20th with an automatic response that they are a small team working to handle customer requests. They are experiencing delays and refrain from sending multiple emails. Needless to say it is Jan 1 and I have not received the item and I have not heard back from them.
