We were looking to book a stay in Pensacola and came across their "properties". After booking, we were contacted via email to fill out a contract, and after the contract was completed we were then texted by the person. They stated trying to confirm if payment processed in our bank and that their card payment system had been fluctuating and down which is why we weren't charged. Then proceeded to say there were other options like Zelle or Apple Pay to do that.

That raised a red flag with us so we tried calling the numbers on the website and emailing the direct email listed on the site only to further discover the website was a dummy site with generic information on other pages.
