After a recent emergency room visit I began getting emails saying I owed this bill. I know it's fraud, because I was approved for financial aid which paid my entire bill. My balance is zero.

Received a so called past due bill in usps mail for 50.08 so "seemed" like a legit bill so I called their "Need Help" at (888) 580-2688, a rep answered. the call was not clear and we had to repeat ourselves often. I was unable to understand her name. After verifying my personal information she had trouble finding my account. I asked if I could pay over the phone and was told no because she needed an Auth.# from the VA or Medicare. This sounded odd and we ended the call.

But now I am concerned since they have the correct spelling of my name, address, phone#, date of birth.
