I saw an ad on face book for an algae repellent agent to clear the water in my fish pond. I didn't receive the product and disputed it with Discover card, I got a refund. Miraculously, within a week, I received the product in an unaddressed pink plastic bag with no invoice enclosed. The charge was put back on my card. For weeks I have been trying to return this product which is for a fish tank, not a 2,500 gallon fish pond through Smiley.com. No luck. I got a letter about the denial of the dispute from Discover and found that the seller name is She swish limited. No luck on getting any phone or address for them.
