My elderly client got a letter in the mail saying FINAL NOTICE with her reverse mortgage information saying she needs to buy this insurance. We called and they manipulated us into giving the card number. Upon receiving another letter about the upcoming charges from Pay Direct, we call and get hung up on multiple times. No one allows us to cancel this payment or can provide us with a website or any credible information. We canceled the card so they could not charge it.
