So I purchased a dog on line from a company called Pawrade, thought this was a good company to work with. Following going through the process with the paperwork which did not work, I paid for the dog on line with my credit card. Up to this point, I admit this was not very smart, but I wanted the dog for my wife and I. So I'm dealing with someone named "karma" on the phone (443.836.5444). Following full payment of $3,737.00, I asked to talk with the breeder directly and she said "No, I can not allow you to speak with the breeder". This was a huge red flag to me as now she have my full payment of $3,737 and my drivers license information. She said she would call back in 15 minutes, which never occurred. I contacted my credit card company and reported the fraud (Capital One) and they stopped all transactions on my card, however the payment I just made needed to post before they could do anything with the fraudulent claim. I want to worn everyone this company, if real, need a full overhaul in their business practices. Now I'm out $3,737.00 for a pet I ordered on line.

I am an attorney for a client that ordered a toy poodle from Pawrade, Petpay and they were supposed to have it delivered in 2 days from Oklahoma to California. They negligently hired a transport company named True Grit Transport that killed the dog by taking over 5 days to deliver the dog and not stopping to get it immediate medical help after it stopped eating and drinking. Pawrade, Petpay advertises as a successful, careful dog purchasing and delivering services that takes great care of it's dog when in reality it used a transportation service that was so irresponsible they killed the dog. They obviously did not manage proper oversight of the transportation and were not cooperative in helping me locate the dog. A terrible company in our opinion.
