I was on Facebook and came across an ad for an Adjustable Magnetic Seam Guide for sewing. I purchased the item for $16.95 + S&H $5.99 on April 13th. Final amount billed was $22.94 USD. I never received the product. I contacted their customer service and requested a cancellation, but they said that it could not be granted because the package had already arrived in the US. I gave it more time and contacted them again to report that the shipping info never updated, I still have not received the product, and I want a cancellation and refund. Customer service is now giving me a run-around, saying that they can't refund because they've sent a replacement, even though when I was asked if I wanted a replacement, I said I did not, and I wanted a refund. Latest contact just keeps repeating, "Your replacement parcel has been shipped."
