I made an order for 26.95 and was charged an extra 49.00 and I emailed them right away because there was no phone number and they got back to me about it 40 hours later talking about I only have 5 minutes after the order to change it. There is nothing they can do about a refund. I believe they do this on purpose so that you get charged extra for nothing and then they can refuse you a refund because the time has run out (due to their waiting times).
