I waste our time taking measurements and typing up a bid only to get this email as a reply....

Thank you for getting back.
As stated that I am out of town and I recently bought this home and would like the roof to be replaced before I could relocate and move in with my family. I am having a problem balancing the initial owner I only payed 85% and due to the fact that he doesn't have the facility to accept Check or credit card for payment, then I decided that you might be able to help me out, I will really appreciate it if you could do a perfect job for me regarding the roof replacement. I will also like you to do me a favor and I would be very grateful about that.
The person I bought the house from only accepts Wire transfer that is why I want you to handle everything for me, I will send you a check to charge for the sum of $10,000.00 and you will deduct the sum of $3,000.00 for the deposit of your service which is more than 50% of the total charges and you will wire the remaining $7,000.00 to the person I bought the house from . Once the person I bought the house from has the $7,000.00 he will make the keys available to you.
You shall receive the balance on completion of the job.
Please get back to me as soon as possible on this with your mailing address and the name you want me to address the check to so I could sign on the proposal and send back to you as a sign of agreement to back up what I said.
