An order was placed on 7/4/26 with expected delivery of 3-5 days. I responded to an email they sent saying the delivery was taking longer. I asked to cancel and they said it was too late to cancel. I have not received it. They said I could not refuse the delivery and would have to ship back on my own to Hong Kong. They are scammers and should not be in business.

Product DOES NOT WORK. When I tried to return it within 14 days they said they would allow me 30 days so when I contacted them again a week later, under the 30 days they said I was past the 14 days.
