Parked at the Social Security Building Parking Deck on Feb. 14th to go to the Birmingham Broadway Series (SIX) I paid to park $21. On May 19, I received a letter in the mail Stating that I had not paid for parking and the amount due is $45.25. Must be Pay by Upon receipt. The only receipt I had was a text message and an amount taken out of my debit card in the amount of $21. You can't park in the deck without paying.

A picture of my car and my license number was on this letter. I did enter a dispute and heard nothing back. It does say that if I don't pay they will defer it to a collections agency.

How sad that Birmingham would hire a company like this to handle their parking when people are going to the entertainment district to support the arts and are treated with harassing letters like this one. I paid to park and then they more than doubled the fee and threatened to send me to collections.
