This company gave me a parking pass for Bridgerland Meadows, an apartment complex, that should have granted me overnight parking. However, I was booted and had to pay $78 to get the boot off. He said I exceeded the 14 day limit. But if you look on the website the rules for Bridgerland Meadows, it has a 21 night permit, not 14. The fact that the websites rules says 21, and the fact I was emailed a guest permit lead me to understand I was safe to park there. This man was completely unreasonable when I explained his own rules, and threatened to add $25 a day each day I did not pay, forcing me to comply. He also said he would record my number for his manager to call me the next day but I believe that was a lie. He has numerous articles published about him dating back to 2009, citing unlawful tickets, and a plethora of terrible reviews from clients and victims.
