My daughter was searching facebook for corgi puppies for sale.She did find a corgis for sale facebook page that had been there for 2yrs,so we contacted the seller and he did send me a bill of sale for two corgi puppies (male and a female) He requested an 858.00 deposit which would enable him to start the shipping process. He wanted a western union transfer which I stupidly did.He then claimed that I would get a phone call with confirmation # from the shipper . I did receive a phone call from someone couldn't understand a word he was saying.he sent a contract from the shipping company which had a flight specified from Norfolk but they claimed that the crate the seller brought the dogs in didn't meet code.SO they could proceed until I had "rented "2 special climate controlled unit which would cost an extra 700.00 per crate adding another 1400.00.the original price for puppies with shipping included was 1430.00. so now the seller wants me to pay this extra fee(supposedly 100%refunded after shipment) I had opted for the shipping included for 350.00 but now hes pounding me with these extra charges and of course you can only use western union I DONT THINK SO......so after a sleepless night I contact him one more time and suggest he go get the dogs where he had dropped them off and I would set up the shipping arrangements.He said OK but.....when he went to get the puppies the shipping company would not surrender them because after paying the deposit I am the owner of record.But wait,,theres more...He then claimed that he tried again and now they wanted a QUARANTINE FEE of 300.00 before they would give up the goods.Dogs both came with clear health records from a licensed vet so..... why the quarantine??.The seller then texts me that when he went there he saw the puppies in the back
