Has someone ever been called from Park Mediation at 7206405632. They are calling me saying that I owe a Payday loan for $600 from 2019, but she won't send me the paperwork and she wanted me to set up a payment right away with my credit card.

I received 2 phone calls over the past few days from the number 1-540-929-9508, which is a VA number but the email I received was from GA, with voicemails stating I owed $1196.51 from HSBC which was supposedly opened in 2018. I knew for a fact I did not open this account and it did not show up on my credit report with the account number or last 4 digits of supposed Mastercard! The lady I spoke to Susan Smith kept attempting to get me to pay as to not have charges pressed against me. Funny thing was the amount went down I had to pay then went back up! She kept saying there would be legal action taken by tomorrow then changed to they were convening today if it was not handled and it could prevent me from opening any other bank accounts.

One red flag was it was addressed to my maiden name which I had not used since 2006 and this supposed card was opened in 2017! Susan kept informing me they could be my intermediary between the debt company and me or I could hire my own lawyer. When I attempted to call back the first time no one answered the phone at either number provided and no company name was given either time, on voicemail or when I actually reached someone! Scary thing is they had my email address already, last 4 digits of my social and a few addresses I had previously resided at!

Please do not fall for this scam and send your money! Check your credit report and it will show you do not have any of the accounts opened they are attempting to collect for.

I keep getting calls about a civil action against me from this people, now they are calling my job and just getting upsetting. I file a complaint to report fraud.ftc.gov so they can investigate them and everybody else should do it too.
I supposedly owe $1025 to some mastercard cc with HSBC bank and so if I don't make a payment they will press charges on me ! I CHECK MY CREDIT and there's nothing ON MY REPORT ! don't listen to them and file a complain. here is a copy of the email they sent me

They have called me repeatedly saying I owe money from a medical facility. They were saying payment had to be through check systems etc. They sounded professional, but something just felt off to me so I looked them up and found this site. I blocked their numbers and will not answer the calls any longer.

This person called and stated I had an account from 2017 that was owed on and there would be criminal proceedings should I not set up a payment plan. I fell for it and set up the payments with debt card and gave them my new address. I called after not finding any website and just this scammers page about them. I called and stated I was suspicious and wanted to cancel all payments. The guy said it would be taken care of. I asked to remain on the phone and received an email that all payments are to be cancelled. He said he was already on the phone with me for too long and had other customers to attend to. I tried calling back to a different number and it was the same guy that answered considering one area code I called was Encinal, Texas and the other was from an 855 #. How could it be the same guy on such far distant lines. I just feel like such a fool and now need to go get a new debit card.

They just called me today stating that I owe money from a closed US Bank checking account. This is a total scam. They stated that I owe $3255 and would be charged with two felonies and a misdemeaor. I called US Bank and they informed me that this is NOT true. Called Park Mediation and told them that they are crooks. Please don't fall for them!

Hey All‼️ If you ever get a call from PARKS MEDIATION it’s a SCAM. They’re acting as if they’re from BEST BANK (closed down for good) PAY DAY LOANS, WELLSFARGO, CAPITAL ONE or etc. 855-458-6185 they have several numbers too, a fake website (with no number) and even fake buildings in several states.

I got a called from this Park Meditation this morning seeking money for a Best Bank account that's been closed for over 7 years. The person threatened to file a lien/judgement against me and take me to court. I stated I haven't received any notification by mail or email regarding this matter, not only that the address they have on file I haven't lived at in almost 10 years. Should I contact local authorities about this or what?

Park mediation has been contacting my grand mother saying they will take me to jail, garnish all my wages etc. if I don’t pay a $500 balance with best bank whom I’ve banked with years ago and they are now closed , they have my last 4 digits of my social my current address and somehow, my bank information I had to cancel and get a new card … please help me prevent them from destroying my credit , I have the Emil in my emails

I got a call from these people yesterday and they informed me that I owed Best Bank $650 which the bank is no longer a company and went out of business like 10 yrs ago. They threatened me and said they were taking me to court for theft and fraud because the debt was over $500. My account has been closed with this back since they got shut down and now these people are harassing me and threatening to take this to court and I’m worried.

I got that call too. Fraudsters Best Bank can no longer collect funds. You can call them to verify the real (Guaranty Bank) they could not find anything on me.

These people called me and threatened me about a account from a bank that is no longer in business which is Best Bank. They were nasty and rude and told me that they were gonna take me to court because I still owed them $650 and that it was theft and fraud because it was over $500. It’s been 9 yrs since the account was closed. I spoke with a guy by the name of Todd who was very rude and insisted that I pay or they would send it bc to the DA office. I asked for his last name and he hung up on me and said see you in court and I’m worried.

I was told that I owed a debt by a bank that went out of business. I was also told that if I didn’t pay today they would sue me and freeze my bank accounts. They were very aggressive however they never provided proof of any emails sent to me. They only wanted at least $100 or more as a payment plan or debt settlement offer at once. They claimed to have an office in Georgia with a Michigan phone number. Two ladies basically tag teamed the call. I thought it was legit until hearing the balance from Best Bank which is no longer in business.

I received a call from the this company last Thursday saying I owed a debt from a loan I took out with some bank called hsbc that I owed 1476 and I didn't pay it they were going to sue me and take me to court. I told the person that I don't owe no loan company for that amount and never heard of this place. Then the person had my last 4 of my social security and she read that off to me I told the person I do not give out my social security number and they continued to tell me that if I don't pay it by the end of the day that they would file a suit against me and then I hung up on them. After I received the call I search the web to see if the company was real it is not its a scam don't fall for it. Please be aware of this company its a scam!

I received 2 calls on my cell phone then they called my home phone and left a message. I called back. They had my last 4 of ssn and an old address, they had dates of last payment ECT. Threatening to sue and bank accounts froze. What confused me is they have a Georgia address, they called from a Minnesota number but when I called back it was an Illinois number. Red flags.

They have been calling my phone for 3 months daily asking for me by my first married name . I have been divorced and changed my last name in 2009 and remarried in 2011 and filed bankruptcy in 2012 so I know I don’t owe this . Every time I say I have used that name in 13 years I get hung up on . My caller id on my cell says Horicon, Wisconsin with +1 (920) 485-6280 as the phone number

This person called she had all my personal info she wanted a settlement offer on a debt I filed in bankruptcy I kept asking for attorney name I told her my attorney would call her she stated she don’t have to talk to him then she sent Toni calls to my family members
